* docs(api-reference): fix the broken Platform API endpoint table
The AUTOGEN markers sat inside the markdown table, and an MDX expression at
block level terminates a table: every row after the header rendered as one
run-on paragraph instead of the table body.
Move both markers outside the table (blank-line separated) and generate the
table whole — header, Platform API rows, and the SCIM tail — so a regeneration
can't reintroduce the break.

* docs(api-reference): emit absolute SCIM paths in the endpoint table
scim.yaml serves its paths under https://{tenant}.cubecloud.dev/api, so the
absolute paths are /api/scim/v2/…, matching the prefix table above and the
absolute paths every generated Platform row emits.
